Travel within 400km of my base is included in your package, making it effortless for you to celebrate wherever your story unfolds.

For weddings or elopements beyond 400km, travel fees are applied to cover flights, accommodations, and logistics, allowing me to accompany you while ensuring your day is captured with the same attention to detail and luxury experience as a local celebration. Destination weddings, whether elsewhere in Canada or internationally, are warmly welcomed, and I’ll handle all the planning to make your travel experience effortless and stress-free.

To secure your date, a non-refundable $1,000 retainer is collected at the time of booking and applied toward your total investment. The remaining balance, along with any applicable travel fees, is due one week prior to your wedding or event date. Payment can be made via e-transfer or credit card for your convenience.

If you cancel more than 30 days before your wedding, the retainer and any payments made up to that point are retained, and no further balance is required. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, with confirmation of receipt.

Cancellations made within 30 days of your wedding or without proper written notice will require payment of the full balance. This policy ensures fairness while allowing me to provide each couple with the attention and care their day deserves.

Yes — my business is fully licensed to operate as a professional photography service, and both my equipment and myself are covered by comprehensive liability and indemnity insurance. For certain locations, such as National Parks or international destinations, additional permits or licensing may be required. I handle the acquisition of all necessary paperwork on your behalf, with any associated costs pre-discussed and included transparently. This ensures your day is fully protected and stress-free, no matter the setting.

Your images are safeguarded with meticulous care at every stage. Each of my professional DSLR camera bodies features dual-card memory slots, meaning your photos are backed up instantly to two locations as they are captured. After your event, all images are immediately transferred to two external hard drives and securely backed up to the cloud — ensuring your memories exist in five separate locations from the start.

Your photos remain accessible on my website for one year, though I maintain an archival system that includes sessions dating back over six years, allowing continued download access. Additionally, your final images are stored indefinitely across multiple hard drives. If you ever misplace them, I will always have a safe, reliable copy for you, giving you complete peace of mind that your memories are preserved beautifully and securely.
